Opus Literary Alliance is dedicated to maintaining an inclusive and respectful environment for all community members. We expect all participants, including staff, members, and visitors, to adhere strictly to our Code of Conduct and Non-Discrimination Policy.
Expected Behavior
- Show respect and consideration for others at all times.
- Communicate openly and thoughtfully, considering diverse perspectives.
- Promote an inclusive environment free from discrimination and harassment.
Unacceptable Behavior
- Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory actions based on race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, or other protected status.
- Disruptive or disrespectful behavior at events or online.
- Sharing inappropriate or offensive content.
Reporting Procedures
If you experience or witness behavior that violates this policy, please report it immediately to our designated representatives or email conduct@opusliterary.org.
Enforcement
Violations will be addressed swiftly and seriously. Consequences may include warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the community or participation in Opus Literary Alliance activities.
